Initial introductory meeting
We would like to get to know you better in a personal interview via MS Teams. This usually takes place within 10 working days of receiving your application.
Insight into the work on both sides
We invite you to complete a short assignment so that we can get to know your approach. You will be given a topic and will have about a week to prepare for your presentation to the Head of.

You will deepen your impression by talking to future colleagues from the VEDA Group. This usually takes place within a week after the first interview.
Contract offer and conclusion
After a successful application process, you will promptly receive your contract offer, including a digital signature process and all important information.
Start of your preboarding
We will start your preboarding process within 10 business days: You will receive initial information, submit documents, and clarify with us how we will stay in touch until you start.
Start your onboarding
On your first day of work, we will start your individual onboarding process together. Whether digitally or on-site, contact persons will be available to you at all times.

Cooperation with client companies is currently mainly remote. On-site appointments take place on an ad hoc basis, for example for kick-off meetings or selected consulting assignments.
Yes. If you live within 50 km of a VEDA location, you will work in a hybrid model (50 percent on-site, 50 percent remote). If you live further away, you can work entirely remotely.
You will receive a transparent and binding response from us within seven days.

We work with a flexible flexitime model. Only in a few areas with direct customer contact are there fixed availability times.
Yes, a workation is possible at VEDA. The regulations of our hybrid working model apply to working from home.
