Where can you find our team?

Most of our team members are based in Alsdorf and Leipzig. Thanks to our remote-first approach, you will be fully integrated into the team even when working remotely and will be just as actively involved in everyday life—no matter where you work from. You are welcome to visit one of the VEDA locations in Leipzig or Alsdorf at any time.

Initial introductory meeting
We would like to get to know you better in a personal interview via MS Teams – usually within 10 working days of receiving your application.
Team meeting
You will deepen your impression by interacting with future colleagues from the VEDA Group—usually within a week after the first interview.
Contract offer and conclusion
After a successful application process, you will receive your contract offer promptly—including a digital signature process and all important information.
Start of your preboarding
We will start your preboarding process within 10 working days: You will receive initial information, submit documents, and clarify with us how we will stay in touch until you start.
Start your onboarding
On your first day, we will start your individual onboarding process together. Whether digitally or on site, you will have contact persons available at all times.

Everything you need to know

If you live within 50 km of a VEDA location, you work 50:50 hybrid. All other colleagues can work completely remotely.
Most of our team members work at our locations in Alsdorf and Leipzig. However, thanks to our remote-first approach, you will still be fully integrated into the team when working remotely and will be just as actively involved in everyday life.
We will get back to you within seven days.
An up-to-date resume is most important to us. You are welcome to add references and other documents if you have them to hand.
We usually start with an introductory meeting with HR before moving on to a possible technical interview.
Yes, of course! If you are interested in several positions, you can apply for multiple jobs.
You will start with a structured onboarding process, get to know your team and our processes, and be trained step by step—so that you feel comfortable right away and can get off to a successful start.
Continuing education is an integral part of our company: you will participate in annual seminars at the turn of the year and have access to the VEDA Academy with all customer training courses. In addition, we offer internal and external training courses, which we plan individually in employee appraisals—so that you and your team are always one step ahead professionally.
We work with a flexible flexitime model. From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., there is an availability period during which the team can plan joint meetings. For part-time work, we will check together whether these times are possible for you.
Yes! Workation is possible with us. The regulations of our hybrid working model apply to working from home.
