Simply upload your documents conveniently via our application portal. You will receive confirmation of receipt immediately. We will get back to you within seven days at the latest.
Initial introductory meeting
We would like to get to know you better in a personal interview via MS Teams. This usually takes place within 10 working days of receiving your application.

You will deepen your impression by talking to future colleagues from the VEDA Group. This usually takes place within a week after the first interview.
Contract offer and conclusion
After a successful application process, you will promptly receive a concrete contract offer and all the information you need to get started at VEDA.
Start of your preboarding
We will start your preboarding process within 10 business days: You will receive initial information, submit documents, and clarify with us how we will stay in touch until you start.
Start your onboarding
On your first day of work, we will start your individual onboarding process together. Whether digitally or on-site, contact persons will be available to you at all times.

Yes. If you live within 50 km of a VEDA location, you will work in a hybrid model (50 percent on-site, 50 percent remote). If you live further away, full remote working is possible.
You will receive a transparent and binding response from us within seven days.
The most important thing for us is your current resume. You are welcome to add references or other documents if they are available.
Yes, absolutely. Unsolicited applications are expressly welcome. Together, we will examine how you can best contribute your strengths to VEDA.
We usually start with an introductory meeting with HR. This is followed by a technical interview, depending on the role.
Yes, of course. If you are interested in several positions, you can apply for multiple jobs at the same time.
You will start with a structured onboarding process, get to know your team, our tools, and processes, and be trained step by step so that you quickly feel comfortable and get off to a successful start.
In regular employee appraisals, we discuss your goals, development opportunities, and suitable training measures, ensuring that the process remains individualized and practical.
We work with a flexible flexitime model. Only in a few areas with direct customer contact are there fixed availability times.
Yes, a workation is possible at VEDA. The regulations of our hybrid working model apply to working from home.
All employees are entitled to 30 days of vacation per year, regardless of their position or location.
